My husband and I are Disney fans. Part of the reason we moved to Florida was to be closer to Disney World. We finally made it to California's Disneyland in 2015. We even added a day to each of our trips to France to include visits to Disneyland Paris. At one point point in time my childhood goal was to be Alice in the parks when I grew up, and as an adult that dream grew into working in a Disney marketing department.
We recently saw the travelling Broadway production of The Lion King in our hometown.
Before the show I had read that this production had been adjusted for smaller theaters like ours but did not take away from the original large-theater, Broadway production.
Another season, another Epcot Festival is underway! The Epcot International Festival of the Holidays started on November 18. We've already been there twice and decided on favorites.
The Epcot International Food and Wine Festival is already a month old! And we've already been there three times! We were even there on opening day which was a fun experience.
Boy oh boy! Have we had some fun the past couple of weeks! We've been in Disney for the opening of Epcot's Food and Wine Festival, Magic Kingdom's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and a V.I.Passholder Evening in Epcot.

When people think of Florida they think of beaches, sun, theme parks, Space Shuttle lift offs, and driving the Overseas Highway through the Keys.
What people forget, and we neglected to remember a few too many times is Florida owns a very tropical environment.
What a fun weekend to be in Disney!
We were in Disney for my husband’s birthday, but it happened to coincide with the opening of Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios and one of the H2O Glow Night Pool Party nights at Typhoon Lagoon.
Ten years ago Jeff and I “discovered” the beautiful EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival. This year the Festival is celebrating its 25th anniversary and we have already been there twice, with at least one more trip planned.
We took advantage of Disney After Hours. This is a separately ticketed event at the Magic Kingdom.
